The will of the people have been expressed several times and yet our government (who is suppose to be the voice of the people) has repeatedly tried to use a few unelected lawyers sitting as judges to overturn the votes of millions. Give it a break already. Homosexuality is a choice. And that choice should remain in the bedroom. Not forced down the throats of the family unit. You already have civil unions. Why marriage? That is a religious institution.

So should a five consenting adults be allowed to marry (polygamy)? How about consenting adults that are brother and sister, should they be allowed to marry? Where do we draw the line? The institution of marriage was developed so the human race can repopulate or at least attempt to do so naturally. Thanks to liberals, we have abortion and contraception preventing procreation and now you want jake and jake to get married which will further lower our birth rates. God was not a retard when he inspired the authors of the Bible. That is why he called homosexuality an abomination in both the Old Testament and the New Testament.

Who are you to draw the line? Honestly anyones marital status is NONE OF YOUR BUISNESS..If 5 concenting adults want to be married let them if one man can handle 4 women then congradulations to him and in the bible some men had many wives, as long as he can take care of them and they are all happy. Jake and Jake can adopt unwanted children and raise a beautiful loving good child just like a man and woman can. The main thing a child needs is someone to love and care for them. No one is preventing procreation, if people actually took responsibility for their actions the US would not have so many abandoned babies or kids in foster homes. And if a homosexual family wants to adopt 4,5,6 kids well thats that many more kids that just recieved a couple of damn good folks who wanted to give those kids a chance to have a life. So until you can provide a home for the unwanted children let them have 2 mom's or 2dad's, your not giving them anything

We have no RIGHT to tell people they can't get married to who ever the would like to get married to. Every person has the right to marry the one they love, aslong as they are two consenting adults they have the right. This should have never been put up for a vote...man and man....woman and woman....man and woman...all of us have the right to be happy with a life long partner and someone else doesn't have the right to not allow anyone that happiness. You can say you don't agree with their choice, but it is THEIR CHOICE....I have been married to the same man for many years and we have 6 beautiful children, and if any of them group to be gay and wish to be married to the same gender so be it all I want is for them to be HAPPY, EVERYBODY HAS THAT RIGHT

I don't think we should allow gays to get married.This is just a faster way for these men(f46s) to get AIDS. You all know what im talking about too. Going through the back door. Did your dads not teach you right? Or is it them that made you the way you are.

Your so shallow of a person may'be you should really study the AIDS virus before you start typing your lies. just because someone makes a "CHOICE" to sleep with their own kind dosn't make them a minority. These people are just begging for acceptance, sad. how about about all the illegal aliens ("people" that are the real minorties) wanting to work and have a better life, now that's a real issue! and don't try to bring up no civil rights bs. Martin Luther King was asking for exceptance based on skin color and/or gender! Something these people had no control over. Gays switch back and forth all the time. Christians, religions people, and conservatives continually prove that Prop 8 was passed through the lethal combination of IGNORANCE and ARROGANCE. The proof that they don't understand gay men is they say things like, It's a choice,when it's not. They say things like you can change it, when you can't.

I'm a gay man and I've always been. I've never been with a woman and nothing could be grosser to me. If I want loose meat in my face, I'll go to Arby's. And I deserve to have the same companionship, legal protection, and legal wording as anyone who was born straight.

Being gay isn't about sex kids, but it just shows that ignorance that Christians have when they reduce a relationship based on sacrafice, companionship, monogomy, and love, to butt sex.

Grow up! You're ruining peoples lives with your lack of intelligence.

No court has affirmed that marraige is a right.

They already claimed the ban is an impedement to onbes right to pursue happinesss but the court ruled that marraige is not an automatic gateway to bliss and happiness and cited many cases of unhappy married couples.

The pro gay marraqige crowd has already lost using tyhat as the basis for their cause of action.

Marraige is not a requirement to pursuing happiness and absent any real damages, they have no case.

That is where the courts stand on that.

The only exception is the lone CA SC decision that is not backed by any precedent.

As long as gays can power of attorney these rights, they are not being denied the right to pursue happiness.

The county will lose this case.
